JEN STARK INSPIRED MURAL -6th hour Multi-Media Class
Fall 2016 Painting Unit
Students learned how to edit a portrait photograph in Photoshop to create a monochromatic tonal effect. Next, they learned to transfer this image onto paper. After the image was transferred they learned how to mix paint showing various values and how to paint his or her portrait showing details in value.

Printmaking Project Fall 2016
Students learned the art form of Zentangles to create interesting
patterns and designs. Students also learned how to make multiple copies or prints of the animal they designed.

Students explore line, shape, color, pattern, and contrast
to create interesting animal paintings.
